Connor Jacques was our initial point of contact and he arranged everything from start to finish . He was very pleasant , knowledgeable and easy to contact . The communication has been fantastic throughout. Sunday, who fitted my doors, did an outstanding job—he even stayed late to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. He’s a real asset to the company and incredibly reliable. The prices are very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and I would highly recommend them. I have recently had my conservatory roof replaced by a lovely & tidy bunch of guys here. I’m extremely pleased with all work that was carried out, from start to finish. I've had all my windows replaced and a pitch roof which I absolutely love love love. The guys are hardworking & honest. If you are thinking of replacing your windows doors give them try. Had couple issues after with marks on window and broken vent but were quickly rectified. Billy was great and good communication throughout when sometimes had difficulty getting through to office. The new windows look fantastic! A huge thank you to Connor for his excellent service. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and managed to secure a very competitive price for us. The only downside was the communication regarding the final payment. We felt the contract team could have been more patient; they were pushing for the final balance before all the installation touch-ups were fully addressed. If they could wait until the job is 100% complete before requesting final payment, it would be a perfect experience. Overall, still a great choice for quality windows!

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales were fair and well priced compared to others, offie staff were friendly and always will to go above and beyond to help and the fitters were on time and did a excellent job in a short amount of time. easy company to work with

Very easy company to work with, staff are friendly, very professional and knowledgeable on their product. Very quick turn around from initial contact to in person quote, measuring survey done the same day and fitters booked in less than 2 weeks after initial contact.

Fitters were very good, installed everything very well and cleaned up any mess created from the work really well too.

I recently had 10 windows and the front door replaced at my property; Martyn was really helpful when he came out to provide a quote.

The windows and doors were fitted over a two and a half day period, in which the installers informed me what would be done on each day. Very happy with the work carried.

Overall very happy with the work that has been carried out and I will be recommending to friends and family.

It immediately felt warmer

We had the complete house fitted with 11 new windows and a new door. Universal did a bespoke special order on a window with a leaded design. They went above and beyond to meet the vision I wanted for the new house. The fitters worked incredibly hard and the house was transformed. It immediately felt warmer and as we live near a motorway also quieter. Amy who oversaw the project was always at hand and was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble she was there throughout the process, we are very grateful to her. Thank you Universal very pleased with our Windows and its wonderful.
